Aero Mint & Milky Bar Bubble Teas

BTE understands that South Africans love their Mint & Milky Bar Chocolates! That's why we insisted on giving you these yummy chocolates in a milk powder form, so you can make your BEST bubble teas!

This recipe shows you how to make both an Aero Mint & a Milky Bar Bubble Tea with Tapioca and some Cream!

Ingredients
- 1 Cup Cooked tapioca pearls (for both bubble teas) - See our recipe on how to cook tapioca pearls
- 4 to 6 Tbsp Milky Bar Milk Powder (keep a little left over for dusting)
- 4 to 6 Tbsp Aero Mint Milk Powder (keep a little left over for dusting)
- 500ml Brewed Rooibos tea (for both bubble teas)
- 500ml Milk (any milk you prefer)
- Ice cubes
- Cream
- Optional: Chunks of Aero Mint and Milky Bar chocolate

Method
- Scoop an even amount of cooked tapioca pearls in two separate plastic cups
- Put a generous amount of ice cubes in each cub, on top of the tapioca pearls
- Mix your Aero Mint milk powder with half of the Rooibos tea in a separate glass or container
- Mix your Milky Bar milk powder with half of the Rooibos tea in a separate glass or container
- Stir very well until all of your milk powder is dissolved
- Taste to check the sweetness level, just add more milk powder to each if you're not satisfied with the sweetness
- Pour the two mixtures into their separate cups
- You can add chunks of chocolate into your tea mixture if you prefer
- Add your favourite milk to each cup and fill up to the top
- Now finish it off with some whipped cream and dust some of our milk powder over the cream to make your bubble tea look professionally royal!
