Apple Candy Bubble Tea
Mix the sour & sweet & sprinkle with love
let’s celebrate the sweet and sour moments of life with love and laughter. 🍏💚 Like Apple Sours and Litchi Popping Boba, the quirks and surprises make life all the more delightful.
Ingredients
- 50ml Apple Sours Syrup
- 40g (or one boba scoop) Litchi Popping boba
- 250ml Earl Grey Tea or any other tea you prefer
- Sprinkles & Edible Cake Decorations
- Ice cubes
- Few drops of Food Colouring (your choice of colour)

Method
- Take the cup of tea and pour about 3 drops of food colouring into the tea. This is to ensure that your tea changes into the colour that you prefer. For our recipe, we used a green food colouring.
- Pour the syrup into the tea mixture and stir well. Do a taste preference if you'd like to add more syrup.
- Put your ice cubes into a glass or cup, make sure it's filled all the way to the top.
- Pour the mixture into the glass or cup.
- Place your popping boba onto the cubes - the popping boba will stay afloat if the cubes are nice and big. Otherwise, they'll simply drop to the bottom. It depends on the look that you're going for.
- Sprinkle your sprinkles over the popping boba or simply over the top of the drink and add your favourite cake decorations that fit your theme.
- Use a boba straw and enjoy!
