Rose Boba Cherry Cola Float

Ingredients
- 30ml Cherry Cola syrup
- 40g (or one boba scoop) Rose popping boba, leave a little bit for garnish
- 250 - 300ml soda (Lemonade)
- 2 Scoops Vanilla ice cream
- Ice cubes

Method
- Scoop your Rose Popping boba into a 250ml or 300ml glass or plastic cup.
- Add ice cubes on top of the Popping boba. Fill the glass or cup half way with ice.
- Pour the syrup over the ice cubes.
- Very slowly, as not to allow the soda to over flow, pour the soda over the ice cubes. Let it mix in with the syrup, but don't stir yet. Do not fill up the glass or cup with the soda - allow room for the ice cream.
- Scoop the ice cream on top.
- Garnish with some extra Rose popping boba.
- As you sip, you can stir as to allow all the ingredients to mix together. The rose, cherry cola and vanilla create a delightful taste.
