Water-based Bubble Tea Ingredient Quantities

We provide estimates of the quantities you'll need for each ingredient, based on the number of drinks and cup size. These are only estimates intended to give you a place to start. There's many factors that influence the perfect quantities, e.g. taste preference and strength of different flavours. We also provide measurements and dilution ratios at the bottom of the page.

SYRUP FLAVOURED BUBBLE TEA

When the base of your bubble tea is a brewed tea, you will usually flavour and/or sweeten it with a sugar syrup. Your favourite popping boba is scooped into the cup. Your brewed tea is mixed with the syrup and the ice. The mixture is then poured over the popping boba and enjoyed with a wide straw.
